Staff members were exceptionally attentive and kind. Breakfast was great, featuring a variety of items and accommodating service amazing! !
Be prepared for noise issues due to the street-facing room. The misleading balcony view from the breakfast area was disappointing.

Check-in was smooth and professional, with the desk clerk providing valuable directions and advice for experiencing Napoli. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Port, allowing easy access for onward travel. My room was clean, comfortable, and provided a restful stay after a long day of meetings. The exceptional breakfast buffet was another highlight, served on the top floor with options for ordering additional items at no cost.
The lack of an elevator to the first floor made it inconvenient to carry heavy suitcases.
